Bloomberg reveals that Cameron Clokie is a surgeon who has expertise in matters related to oral and maxillofacial procedures. He currently lives in Toronto, Ontario. Moreover, Cameron Clokie is also a scientist and an entrepreneur. Furthermore, he is also the leader of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (in the University of Toronto).
Additionally, Cameron Clokie has a clinical practice found in Toronto. At the clinic, Cameron mainly deals with medical issues related facial reconstruction and bone regeneration procedures.
Aside from attending to his patients as a surgeon, Cameron Clokie is also a dedicated teacher. In the year 1993, at the McGill University, Cameron Clokie established the Bone-Integrated Implant Research Group. Since its initiation, the Bone-Integrated Implant Research Group has been very committed to the assessment and development of new bone regenerative technologies.
The main idea of Cameron Clokie in initiating the Bone-Integrated Implant Research Group was to develop bioimplant that will in time replace the need for autogenous bone implant. This eventually will assist not only his patients but all convalescents requiring surgical augmentation of their bones.
Cameron Clokie was honored with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Mc Gill University where he did his studies. Moreover, while still at the University, Cameron also was honored with a Diploma in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Additionally, at McGill University he was elected as the as the Associate Dean of Clinical Programs. Later in 1998, Cameron Clokie worked together with Marshall Urist at the University of California, Los Angeles. While working in the Bone Research laboratory found at the University of California, Cameron completed a sabbatical.
Furthermore, Clokie has functioned both as a consultant and an associate of the scientific advisory boards for many industrial partners and companies. Currently, Cameron Clokie works at GenSci Regeneration Sciences Company as a scientific consultant.
